I just recieved the Red Book yesterday. Really well done with a lot of useful information. Includes a lot of "tribal knowledge" not found elsewhere.
I strongly recommend it to anyone interested in forcasting.

Composite radar reflectivity shows up in wrong location
When I select KOAX, Omaha, as a radar site and display composite reflectivity. The radar display shows up in the southeast part of the US instead of around Omaha.
