Thanks for your response Chuck.
I am having a problem after clicking on QC..."get call sign of station"...do I click (right or Left on the station) or draw a box over the station...and then does QC appear with said information?
Thanks

Still no Joy! Looking at the status I see the command appear, but it's as if it ignores it. Of course it plots on the pull down command. I have had this simple script operating for years on an old v1.1j3 with no problems. I am going to pull it out of the long script where I want it and run it in sev...

Eliminating bad stations
I am using 2.7.
There is a bad buoy in the Gulf which is ruining the analysis. QC does not seem to be working. Someone has suggested there is a file (digatmos.rul) that is for this purpose. Is this explained in the manual (help)? If not does anyone know how to eliminate such a station?
Thanks

Wind vector scripts
I have found that the script for wind vectors which I have used for years
and is still running on a legacy edition will not work on 2.7. I am using:
analyze, vect color=0:0:0 wind (also tried 0:0:200 with no luck)
Any information on what will work?
Thanks;

Data Plot Crowding
OK I found Data Plot Crowding....under "Tool Box".
But my scripts are still being stopped by the dialog box before plotting.
Help me eliminate this weird box that was not a problem in 2.06
Thanks

upgrade to 2.07
I am using Vista with a fresh upgrade to 2.07 from 2.06 Standard. After the upgrade my scripts are being stopped with a dialog box entitled "Surface Data Select". This box gives "Most popular time in UTC , Lower time limit, and upper time limit. The script will not continue to plot un...

Station plot density
Using 2.06 and 1.1j3 I don't see "station plot density" setting anymore. The manual says it's under preferences-station plots and I recall seeing it in earlier versions. Is it somewhere else?
Thanks
