I don't know where MCW is located BUT by placing KMCW in the digatmos.pri should ensure that KMCW plots (when reporting) instead of MCW. This solution worked for me.

Add KXVG to the digatmos.pri file. That should override the XVG obs from plotting...this method worked for me. I'm not sure but the XVG site may be located in Canada.
