Sorry the state lines are 1 pixel thick, but if you look you can see the double mapping offset.

Yes, I can confirm this.
I generate US map, save.
Recall a Virginia map generated before US was generated.
VA comes up, plots, then hit erase...
Walla ... the US map comes back up.

So, it seems, that erase will pull up the most recent GENERATED map, period.

Just do a base map creation again based on your current map, resave it, and now the erase will work now. At least it worked for me - it is NICE to have erase work again.

Here's a crop of old and new depictions of wx symbols. Yeah, I knew you went to truetype. But that may be at quite a price if the wx symbols are forced to be that small or, cannot be independently sized (from rest of plot).
