It's hard to tell with limited info, but it sounds like it could be that your script is trying to put a file in a directory that doesn't exist, or is spelled differently.

Found error at Canadian station CZMY. Corrected now, only in BC. (Duplicate error deleted, was plotting error in eastern Canada.)

Had to correct a station that was incorrectly in east TX, when it should've been Ship Shoal 178 in Louisiana.
File is uploaded as same name. Just redo.

Well, if you want it in inches mercury, as in altimeter setting (another type of pressure reading), then go to PREFERENCES, STATION PLOTS, and change SLP to ALSTG.
