Re: Importing a MLID table
I'll give a URL address in the morning, that you can download my version. It is slightly updated from the last official version, with a date of July 15.

Restoring NOAA/NWS radar access
Some of you may have noticed that the "NOAA Weather Server" choice under radar sources (in Prefs) is not working (since May or so). NOAA has changed some of the URLs for their products. I have poked around and gotten the new addresses to restore NOAA access to radar data for DA. The COD ra...

Trying to eliminate bad station - a SHIP
I'm trying to delete CGDS in the digatm.rul file. It's SLP data is really messing my my surface analyses. (Lake Erie area). I've got the CGDA DEL ALL in the rule file (in the proper sequence), but it still plots. DEL SLP didn't work either. I'm wondering if the that function only applies to regular ...

Re: Updated station file for DAWS
Since our anticipated update is still in the wings, I have 3-4 months worth of new stations for you. The file below has all updates and stations. Significant things are changing in the wx world, and I imagine that Tim will surprise us with the next step, and how it handles the changes. Meanwhile, th...

Re: Feature and change requests
Requested things to address ... 1. The default and NOAA radar servers have San Juan with the 248 mi. radius radar plots, and it works well if you do it manually (if you use the RADAR menu .) But the script RADAR,Br248,KJUA won't work, though other sites do with Br248. KJUA will work with BREF1 in sc...

Re: Updated station file for DAWS
Okay, thanks. It's now correct in the current file online.
Things will be different with the new version as far as updating ... and it should be an improvement.

I'm amazed at some of the "small" places showing up in METAR reports.
About Carizzo Springs reference, it's just the info attached by NOAA at
http://www.nws.noaa.gov/ndm/masterfiles ... onInfo.txt
Is there a small town more near KFTN?
