Randy,

If the data's okay, you may want to double-check the scripts to make sure they're written correctly. If that checks out, the only other thing I could suggest is for you to send a copy of your digatmos.mnu file to wxguy@yahoo.com and I could add them for you myself.

Randy,

They should work but I'll double-check them later. Are you sure your radiosonde data is okay?

Marcel,

Yes, it can be done. The details are found in both the help file or the manual.pdf. Look for the topic called 'Scripting'. It will tell you all you need to know to start writing your own scripts.

Randy, The ability to manipulate upper-air data via scripts is somewhat limited. Hopefully, Tim will expand this area in the future. For now, the following scripts are the only ones I'm aware of. K Index HILO CONT COLOR=0:130:0 GRTN=18 DASH CINT=4 SSUM=1:4 STOR=1 SDIF=2:3 STOR=2 TEMP H850 STOR=3 TEM...

Ray,

The directory should be the "Data" folder immediately underneath your DAWS installation. Its location used to be specifiable in the Preferences menu but it looks like Tim took it out...so it may be of limited use right now.

This is a long-standing bug. Maybe Tim will address this at some point.

Alan,

When you're creating a new map, verify that you're changing the map color style as well. If that isn't the issue, then you may want to delete the styles that aren't working and create new ones in their place.

Dave, This isn't exactly what you're looking for but you might want to give it a try. Just be sure that your background map is white.
