Expired

Also with 06b I get an "expired trial version". I have the Pro-version of DAWS.

IMPORT is the command to import a map, INGEST for importing the data to be plotted. See page 110-111 of the manual. Combining all downloads in the beginning and use a *.asc in the INGEST has the effect that for the whole script all data is present to plot. Therefor you can remove all the other impor...

Hello Your script is not completely correct. A few hints. - combine all the downloads in the beginning - change import into INGEST - remove ALL other imports from the script. The beginning of the script can look like this: erase download, http://www.hpc.ncep.noaa.gov/discussions/codsus,C:\Program Fi...

Also see my mail from Nov. 23 2005. Situation here is still the same.

My script was posted: Sun Jan 15, 2006 5:42 pm on page 1 of this topic. I am afraid that my meteorologic knowledge is still not enough to decide if the script and the formula is correct. So if some people will try this script and tell me if this is the right formula or they give a better one I will ...

I could reproduce the problem, not only in this script, but also in a script of my own. If you put a # for the first download you get plots of the buoy's. When downloading both no buoy's are plotted, only sao. In the status no buoy's are shown during running. It looks like that when more downloads a...

As I already explained before here the original script cannot work. It starts with displaying something without analyzing it before. You can test this by yourself: 1. Run a completely different script (if possible something for a stability factor, then a STOR-command is used) 2. Now run the fog-scri...

Hello Dave

Yes, up to now I saw 4 different formulas for fog. Programming it is not difficult but first someone must give the right formula.

Who can help?
