The new TwisterData.com Decoder is the latest decoder to be added to the developing RAOB 6.3 Beta program. TwisterData.com lets you quickly and easily access RAP/NAM/GFS forecast sounding data for any CONUS location. The site does not offer a data download capability, but you can simply copy & paste the sounding data directly into RAOB's Edit box and voila (or wa-la) -- instant sounding plot. When accessing TwisterData.com, you'll first get a plotted sounding. Then click on the "Show Text" box to see the sounding data. Along with the sounding data, be sure to also copy the Header data line, which includes the UTC & Lat/Lon information.
