Installing Equinox

Post by Greg Higgins »

I currently own DAWS Pro. Do I install Equinox over the top of DAWS? My apologies for the confusion.

Equinox will install just fine... just double click the Equinox installer after downloading. Digital Atmosphere Workstation will not be affected by this installation. Both Equinox and DA WS will function independently.

So is this another beta version? I noticed that there is a "60 day evaluation mode" in the title bar and that under the help file that it is an unregestered version. Thanks!

All downloadable Digital Atmosphere versions ever created since 1996 start out in an evaluation mode.

If you've registered since the Workstation era (2004) the upgrade is free; E-mail the serial to get a key number ( http://www.weathergraphics.com/contact.htm ).

OK I am confused (nothing new). Is Equinox replacing DAWS or is it a separate program. Thanks

It's a replacement.

Thanks. Will the DAWS Professional users get a version without the key?
