Can not fine PLANETARY Maps for DA

Hello All,
During the past few days I've been scowering these forums and the web to find suitable planetary maps for use with DA.
And to date I've had little or no luck.
These sites are listed else were on these forums, but ether dont work any more or the maps are not suitable.

The maps that I would most like to obtain were once on these site, sadly long since gone

Does any one know where these and other maps may be found?
