Need help - Pro patch

Hi,
I have sent about 3 e-mails asking for the pro patch URL/Password and didnt receive any answer yet.
I am owner of the pro version.

It took several weeks but Tim finally did reply to my email asking the same thing.
This lack of customer service has me wondering if something in Tim's life has taken a drastic turn for the worse and is effecting how he runs his business.
