Board update
Effective April 12, 2021, we had to delete about 8000 frivolous spammer accounts going back over a year. There was no way for us to locate all legitimate user applications, so some may have been deleted. If you are an actual user who created an account since March 2020 but did not get approved, please register again. You can also contact us via the Contact link on the main Weather Graphics webpage to get assistance. When you contact us, it is essential you provide brief but detailed info on your meteorological background or inform us of any previous order you've made, this way we can tell you are a legit user, otherwise we will assume it is a spammer trying to bypass the application checks. Thanks. -Tim
By chance, the date and time reported on the error message is exactly the date and time of creation of the parent directory of the current path.
Does it help, somehow?
Interesting observation. Can you pls go to Internet > Retrieve, highlight this source of data, and click Edit and copy the URL to show me. I am guessing it is the same as the default distribution URL but I'd rather not make assumptions.

this would explain the error we're getting with the fleetcode-retrieval . But what about the errors in frontal bulletin ( Albany) and sferics Europe(+00hrs) ? I'm getting the exact same errors when even one of these three sites is checked . It's very unlikely the parent directories of all three sites would have the same date/time . I tried to check/uncheck - in various combinations ( in fact: all combinations ) - those three sites and I'm always getting the "invalid date/time " - error , also when fleetcode - site is unchecked.
