What file is the file to edit cwop stations..
CW5803 plots 39.74 -123.10
Off the coast of central California
The listed location is 35.7413 -80.6993 It is in Cleveland, NC.

I don't think there is a file to do so. The CWOP data for plotting has the lat/long built into the data itself. Someone will have to get to CWOP people to make correction there.
