(Sorry for my English, it is about a translator)

I am a recorded user and I bought the CDROM and my
software functions correctly "recorded" during several weeks and then
"Expired trial version".

Can solve the problem.

Hello -- the last e-mail I got from you was 27 September 2011, and it was all in French. I do wish I knew French; I had sent it to someone else to have it translated but didn't hear back.

Your registration, dated July 2011, is still good with us and you are entitled to a key number. We need the serial #. You may send all this here on the forum if you wish, but it is probably better to e-mail me directly: servicedesk@weathergraphics.com .
