Television Plots

Does anyone know if the Television Plot function works and if so how, the help file gives the following advice.
"Very important! Before you can use this option successfully, you will need to configure the DIGATMOS.PLL file correctly with any text editor (such as Windows Notepad)."
This file has many locations recorded in the correct format, does it still require further editing for basic use, or have I missed the point.
