Effective April 12, 2021, we had to delete about 8000 frivolous spammer accounts going back over a year. There was no way for us to locate all legitimate user applications, so some may have been deleted. If you are an actual user who created an account since March 2020 but did not get approved, please register again. You can also contact us via the Contact link on the main Weather Graphics webpage to get assistance. When you contact us, it is essential you provide brief but detailed info on your meteorological background or inform us of any previous order you've made, this way we can tell you are a legit user, otherwise we will assume it is a spammer trying to bypass the application checks. I am not getting radar data in Digital Atmosphere. I did a quick pick and also from the map. Nothing displays.

I'm running the same version and the radar data is plotting fine here.
I just went into the Radar menu, Set NEXRAD Station (and chose several around map area I had up in DA), and then chose Tilt 1 Reflectivity, and reflectivity from all of them displayed on the map.

Oh, I got it. I was choosing reflectivity tilt 1.5. Is there a way to display all data or by groups?

Yeah, it looks like a lot of the product choices/tilts in the Radar menu won't display. Only .5 degrees is available of the products that will display.

Now, trying to getting soundings. There is a command section and run button. I looked in the manual and it was talking about scripts. How would I get soundings then?
