DAWS 1.1c style line thickness not working?"

I am using W98 and I am still unable to get the coastlianes to increse in line thickness. On an earlier version this worked. It seems that this only applies to the US, Cuba, Bahamas, Jamaica, and Lesser Antillies. Central America, Mexico, and Hispainola all work.
I have "coastlines" checked and in "styles" have the "line" set at 3.
Anyone have a similar problem?
