Tim,
Fleetcode downloads with the dataretriever, and if I recal well the sferics downloads, do get strange errors. It is reported before. I have seen this kind of errors also with Tom Ehrensperger's WXsim and now also with Global Tracks from Bryan Ray.
The problem could be the decimal splitter. This helps for WXsim, and Bryan found that this could be the clue for problems with Global Tracks. We, on the European continent, are using ',' as decimal splitter instead of '.' Far is I can see are Fleetcodes and Sferics data in half-degrees for lat and lon. The question now is; would it help if DAWS or the dataretriever supports '.' and ',' for regional settings as decimal splitter?
That's it;
