Radar Decoding: Read Beyond End Of File

got 2 issues for ya
I keep getting this error when trying to plot radar data for Boston and Portland (BOX and GYX). It says Read Beyond End Of File, but some of the data is plotted, also the progress bar just sits half-way and doesnt go anywhere.
Also I cant get the model data decoded, i downloaded the NGM and ETA coarse data, but it doesnt show up in the troubleshoot data listing.
