These will work with the region/sector city zooms, make sure to click on the image to enlarge (for some reason the images aren't updating today???)

Also since these are such tight zooms, there may be times when you notice a bullseye pattern around individual stations when you run an isopleh analysis - this is because there aren't enough staions available for proper analysis.
These should look pretty neat with radar and say wind vectors if you can get the radar and satellite image times to match.

Hey guys,
Poking around in the pure directories of the Navy site, I found some other good projection sats that didn't seem to be on the pages we use so far, so ... check these out. We'll all start working on the maps.

Interestingly, no. But here is the more complete directory...

After taking a quick peek at the central US map linked, it appears to be a cartesian projection, rather than mercator. It may be a little tough to get this one to fit vertically (horizontal stretching shouldn't be any problem). Might not be impossible, however." wrote:Hey guys,

Hmmm, I missed that Fusion added the rotation capability. Has anyone played with some maps that just seemed a little rotated?
I'm gonna try when I get time. Yes, Fusion is expired, but you can create maps still. (you can't save but still it saves it as TEMPCACH.bmp and .dmf, and you can copy it somewhere else and rename it - a hassle, but that is what it is supposed to be for real unregistered folk).
