Beef Curry Recipe??

Anybody have a favorite beef curry recipe they would like to share? I'm thinking of giving it another try tomorrow... it didn't taste the best the first time I tried, to state the matter mildly

Never did beef; just chicken.

The best curry powder is from Madagascar and use a teaspoon of paprika. And be sure to break the chicken bones so the marrow will flavor the curry. Add vegies at the end so they remain crisp but cooked.

I got this from an Indian dude in grad school. . .
