Florida hurican as seen on DAW 1.1c

This is a exported image file of the currect wx conditions in Fl. I have my radar graphics setup for what I call "severe wx". One thing I noticed is that the eye of a hurricane does not match up with the center of the low presure area it's in as I had thought. It's quiite a bit off to the side. I noticed this last year as well when watching hurricans with DA2000.

Is that not because the station data is delayed somewhat but the radar data is real time?

The data is not only delayed (differing from the radar image), but there is no resolvable eye since no ships are reporting off the coast to "close off" the streamlines and contours. This is a common problem until the storms get inland. Just the nature of limited analysis data.
