WINGRIDDS Beta Release 2.4 Notice

All,
OK...once again...This release *should* fix the Map File Read error problem. ALong the way, I also fixed a bug associated with the inability to read the USER\WINGLBL.USR file. Please, as usual, download the Beta 2.4 release & make sure everything works that did not before.
