TPC Probability plotting

Hi Jeff,

I'm trying to decode some of the NHC/TPC grib files, specifically the tpcprblty files located at ftp://ftp.tpc.ncep.noaa.gov/wsp/

I've inserted parmeter 191 HURR in gridparm.dat but the probs plot as flat lines in PCGRIDDS32 ver 3.4 09/2007

Any ideas?
