WXSIMATE Version 1.1

Hi All,
The second release of WXSIMATE (WXSIM's data collecting companion program) is now available. It can now pull data in from Weather Display (by Brian Hamilton) as well as Davis WeatherLink, so it's now compatible with a lot more home weather stations. Also, there's a changed URL for buoy data and the progress bar now works much better.
