BUFKIT

Wow...so I just tried out the demo of RAOB5.0. I am in love (especially the 3-D hodogram). However, as best as I can tell, RAOB is only for actual soundings. I've been using BUFKIT (http://wdtb.noaa.gov/resources/projects/BUFKIT/) for several months to work with model soundings. BUFKIT is very similar to RAOB, albeit with a steeper learning curve (IMO) and a more cluttered appearance. The main problem with BUFKIT is where to get the data. Some WFO's carry data for their CWA, some don't. The only place to get BUFKIT data for the entire country, as far as I know, is Penn State (http://www.meteo.psu.edu/bufkit/map.html) and they only carry the Eta model. How many of you out there would be interested in Purdue hosting either the GFS or RUC models?
