PCGRIDDS32 Beta Release 11-26-2005 Notice

All,

This is to inform you of a new PCGRIDDS32 and NGRB2PCG32 beta release. This is to fix a bug which was not calculating leap year dates properly. Also, PCGRIDDS32 and NGRB2PCG32 were modified to accomidate GRIB files with dates as far back as the 1950's to support the North America Ranalysis Project.
