Sound plotting issues

I have a script set up to produce a number of Sonde soundings around Europe.
When running the script it completely ceases to work if one of the stations has incomplete data in the array, ie "Digital Atmosphere encountered an error: Invalid floating point operation"
Is there away if it finds an incomplete station it skips it and continues?
I download the data from COD as its most consistant.
