Randy,
It's been a while now since I started this, but I have been working with colour fills to depict relative temperatures on the 1000-500mb thickness chart.
The "snow transition line" has not been shown as a line as such; I've shown it more as a white colour fill (since so many different people seem to have differing opinions about where the transition is shown). If you wanted a "line" contoured it would be easy to add.
Please keep in mind that I'm no expert at this, but I do want to produce a good, useful script if I can.
Perhaps you and others would give it a try and send me some feed-back (kind or otherwise).
Here's the script:-

It works for me, 'hope it works for you!

PS I've tweaked my Fog Stability Index sript and it seems to work. You might like to note that although the formulas between Mine and Fred's are slightly different (with different isopleth values) they both give pretty much the same results.
Let me know if you or anyone else would like to see the tweaked version.
