Legacy ? ---- DA2000 V1.0a Support

Post by Peter Creswick »

Hi Tim,

I have e-mailed you a few times on both the old e-mail addresses and the new one on the "Contact" page over the last week or so, but haven't got a reply yet, so I am now trying here.

I have had to rinstall DA2000 V1.0a after reloading Win98SE and need a new key please.

The DA registration serial number is showing as: DA3-3440-308889916

Thanks,
PC

Hi Peter,

Tim makes holidays for a week in Florida.
I will try to inform him - perhaps I can generate a Key for you if it is urgent.

Ok Stefan, thanks but no problem.

I reloaded it and I am on the 30 day trial so it can wait a week or two until Tim returns from holidays.

Tim posted your key in a thread in the Digital Atmosphere board on this forum. We've been on the road for a few days; very sorry for the delay!

PS - thanks, Stefan, for the help!

I have a new problem.

I have Win 98SE on drive C, and DA2000 is on drive C
I now have WinXP on Drive D.

When I boot XP, I can not run DA2000. It comes up and says it can't find file SKY32V3.dll.
I did a search and found it in C:\Windows\System.

So, doing a little lateral thinking, I checked XP on drive D. No similar DLL there, so, with heart in mouth, copied a copy from C drive.

Restart DA2000. Up it comes, BUT, it has now reverted to TRIAL.

I assume this is because the "secret file" is in Drive C ?

How can I get around this proble, short of reinstalling DA2000 on drive D ?
