Nexrad Color Scale Help

Post by jmcmurry »

Brand new user here having just purchased DA this past weekend. I've had great luck, mostly with the help of this forum in getting radar plotted as I need it on a map, I even have scripting working fine.

The final stumbling block seems to be how to hide/get rid of the dbz color scale on the left. If anyone knows how or has any ideas, they'd be greatly appreciated. Example attached.

Thanks. - Jim

There may be a better way, but I solved the problem by making the image 90 px wider then cropping 45 px from each side with ImageMagick. Pretty simple once you think of it.

I've been able to change the colors (lighter), but not eliminate it. That likely would have to be a programming thing.
