Currently we have the code in place that adds support for HTTPS (secure http over SSL/TLS). Testing was completed over the past week, and I'm about to begin coding it into Digital Atmosphere. This replaces a 20-year old code base that was used for retrieving Internet data.
If things go as expected we should see V3.2 with this new support released this weekend. There will also be a completely new FTP module, so if any point FTP stopped working for some users it should work again. The new HTTPS support will allow compatibility with a variety of sites that have switched from http to https, and will allow radar data to begin working normally.

Effective April 12, 2021, we had to delete about 8000 frivolous spammer accounts going back over a year. There was no way for us to locate all legitimate user applications, so some may have been deleted. If you are an actual user who created an account since March 2020 but did not get approved, please register again. When you contact us, it is essential you provide brief but detailed info on your meteorological background or inform us of any previous order you've made, this way we can tell you are a legit user, otherwise we will assume it is a spammer trying to bypass the application checks.
