Comments and historyClosed military facility 10 km west of Pulkovo International Airport. It was built and operated mainly during WWII. During the Cold War it lapsed into a helicopter base. Today it has only 100 stored Mil-8's and had one active An26. May have been named Gorelovo and renamed in early 1990s. (Thanks to AviaMK) A closeup photo exists on airliners.net (638374).
