SPECIAL NOTE:

If frontal data becomes old, use the "Low Resolution" (codsus) instead of the "High Resolution" (codsus_hr) file.

The High Resolution file is not provided on wire services like NOAAPORT, and is only available from NOAA/WPC,
so when it stops updating, there is nothing that can be done except switch to the Low Resolution format.

We source the low-resolution data from a different NWS server to help provide redundancy.
