A few"wish list" items that have come to mind recently:
-A SHEF decoder. Alot of hydromet data in the U.S (Co-op, rivier, etc) are sent in SHEF formats. Great potential!
- HPC forecast frontal bulletins. The format is simular to the ASUS1. If I recall...it has forecasted positions out to 48 hours ...

The ATCF files are at the NHC's FTP site. ftp://ftp.nhc.noaa.gov/pub/atcf/ with the model data itself in the /aid_public directory. The techlist.dat file includes the data on how to read the files. I used to plot the ATCF data with GEMPAK, but I'm only running Windows here.

On the "i" version of DAPro...I see we can import NHC hurricane model output. Has anyone tried this? If so...does it just ingest the "official" bulletins, or does/can it use the ATCF data from the NHC Web site?
