Not sure I understand. If you want a new work chart, you can create one from the File menu using the New Workchart menu choice.

It stands for ceiling height in hundreds of feet AGL so C8 = ceiling height 800 ft AGL.

Yeah, it looks like a lot of the product choices/tilts in the Radar menu won't display. Only .5 degrees is available of the products that will display.

I'm running the same version and the radar data is plotting fine here.

I just went into the Radar menu, Set NEXRAD Station (and chose several around map area I had up in DA), and then chose Tilt 1 Reflectivity, and reflectivity from all of them displayed on the map.
