Try the following.
'Temp H500' sets the temperatures for the 500 mB level.
If you replace this by 'TEMP H100' the fills will be drawn for the temperatures at the 100 mB level; TEMP H925 for the 925 mB level and so on ...

Otherwise, the code is the same as for Sea Level temperature fills, where you ...

You can copy the entire Digital Atmosphere folder to the new PC.

But you will need a new installation Key to convert to a full, registered version - there is no registry tweak to switch computers.

When using DAWS, I found the F2( function key 2) shortcut extremely useful for ungesting data into Digital Atmoshere.

This feature does not appear to be active in Equinox.

Have I missed something, or is this a 'bug' in the software?

Just make a copy of the scripts folder from your DAWS application on CD, flash drive or whatever.

Once you have installed DAWS on the new PC, just copy this Scripts folder onto your new DAWS folder.

You can do the same for Base Maps, Data and so on.

Here's an elegant way to create a negative temperature script.
It's been on the list a couple of times already, but it is becomong hard to track down.

You don't say what is 'wrong' with your script. It appears to work correctly.

If you are disappointed at the reduced range of colours in the exported map, this is because you save it as GIF - which is a 256 color mode and which cannot accommodate all the subtle changes of hue in ...

Just do the following:

1. Click the 'scripting' tab at top-leftof the DAWS screen
2. Click the 'Run' button
3. Navigate to the '.dsf' file you have saved
4. Double-click the filename to open it.

European users can display frontal information by means of the 'Fleetcode' data files.

As far as I know, there is no equivalent for the USA - like the Unisys charts. Sorry.

Maybe your best bet it to suggest that such a feature be added to the next upgrade of DAWS
