thank you Peter for your answer but my problem is that DAE should work automaticaly and it should generate the charts 4 times per day (every 6 hours).

I want to generate weather charts with SYNOP and SHIP data plotted and MSLP contours to publish those on my web site.

You can download Grib data files for all weather parameters and for whole globe from http://nomad3.ncep.noaa.gov/
You can choose latitude and longitude and select your weather parameter.
You can choose GFS model at 0.5°x0.5° or 1°x1° of resolution.
You can use DAWS to draw the weather charts ...
