Isopleths labels

Post by Alessandro Mandelli »

How do I change font and size of isopleths?

Text is always negative and always too big for my taste.

I`ve been trying to figure this out too. How can the font be changed within the isobar labels.

If I`m plotting a pressure map, with say a planetary map as a base, I would use a light coloured isobars, unfortunately it clashes with the labels. The font seems to be a default white colour? With a light coloured isobar, it makes it hard to pick out. Is there a way to change the font to a darker colour?

Good day to all

If you go to the file menu and down to preferances, this will bring up the options panel. Click on the styles tab, here you can change the size of fonts and lines, types of fonts, etc.
Wheb you have finish be sure to click on save and then click on the box to save as defalt.

Under the Analysis tab there is an area for isopleths with options for small fonts, negative fonts and transparent fonts.

I hope this helps you out.
