Build 3-D Atmosphere

In the Data Menu there is an option for "Build 3-D Atmosphere." Is this button active, and if so how do you use it?

I'm pretty sure this isn't available at this time. Once/if included you will probably be able to do roaming soundings (which are kinda neat :) and atmospheric cross sections.

You will have to ask Tim about when/if it is going to be included.
