Hi,You have given me more information. The live chart retriver is used to download charts to a printer only. The reason it does not work on a 64 bit system is that Tim has not made a 64 bit driver yet.It works great on 32 bit only. Sorry.

Hence my question - is DA going to be upgraded to support 64bit . More and more people are running 64bit now because of the larger memory support. It would be nice to know one way or the other.
