NOMADS 211 grids were discontinued due to a change in their server structure. There was a problem getting the NOAAPORT feed onto their new servers, and management decided to axe the feed because it was available in a much more detailed, vast 003 (global) grid.

Their suggestion is to scale back the international grid to fit the area you need using the FTP service. That will probably not work for DAWS users.

I'm sure NCDC is only trying to figure out a way to charge for the data:) They seem to be fairly good at that one..Oh well!
