Purchased Software - No CD, No Reg Code, Expiration Soon

We placed an order for two hard copies of Digital Atmopshere professional version on August 3, 2006. Since that time, we have heard nothing concerning this order and our trial versions are now expired.

No phone contact is possible, and an earlier email to support yielded no response. The fellow here who purchased the software sent another email to support today but, as of now, we have heard nothing back from Weather Graphics.

Help!
