Equinox v1.05 problems

1) Generate a 4000nm orthographic basemap centred on EGNH and do a temperature analysis plot (assuming you have suitable data loaded). The plot lines cover the whole map area. Create the same map as Mercator and the plot only covers the middle of the map. It can't be missing data for the anlysis because the orthographic map has enough to plot over a larger area. If you generate a 3000nm basemap the analysis fills more of the map area, but still not the whole area.
If you do analysis commands like "analyze,OVER FILL COLOR=255:0:255 GRTN=120 DEGF TEMP" (from a script or manually) the fill covers the same area as the analysis plots do.
As I use Mercator maps quite regularly I guess I'll have to delay upgrading to Equinox until this problem is fixed
2) Despite selecting various locations (my definitions and pre-defined) and trying many settings, I can't generate any Polar Stereographic or Satellite basemaps. All I get is a blank map. If I move the cursor anywhere over the blank polar stereographic map, it shows the coords as (-9999.0000,-9639.000). For a satellite map it always shows (0.0000, 0.0000).
3) On the Window menu Toolbox isn't ticked but the toolbox is loaded by default. Ticking it then unticking it does remove the toolbox. The Status menu option does nothing. The Toolbox option removes both the toolbox and the status box.
4) Possibly a Windows Vista issue, but the Preferences, Quality Control Panel and Calculator/Conversions dialog boxes are too small for their contents. They have to be re-sized each time DA is restarted.
5) I'm not sure if previous versions did this, but using Make Topography leaves the sea green. I thought topography previously only filled land areas?
6) The Data menu has a "Build 3D atmosphere" option which doesn't seem to do anything and doesn't seem to be documented anywhere.
