Hi,

I am having trouble using the custom.dat file I cannot get it to work.

Details are as follows:

col 1-19 blank (blank)
col 21-29 lat (50.5000)
col 31-39 lon (2.0000)
col 41-49 wdir (45)
col 51-59 wspd (67)

and so on,,

If anybody knows why this will not work please post. I can E-mail the custom.dat file across to any user if this helps solve the problem.

This if i get this to work, it will solve another problem about getting DA to plot grib data, which i will gladdy share.

Come on - sombody must know this problem - and have sorted it.

If this problem gets solved, DA will be able to, on auto, produce maps from grib data.
