Error I/O 6

When I load a planetary map I get an error I/O 6
Any one has an idea?
i'm running windows server 2003 and last update of DA Eq

Error I/O 6 also apears when making a new base map

Error 6 is invalid file handle and is caused either by a filename not being handled correctly or a file that is extremely large.
If you can give me more detailed info on the steps leading up to this error (exact clicks/keystrokes) then I can attempt to simulate it here.
