How should help/documentation be provided?

How should help/documentation be provided in the new Digital Atmosphere Workstation version? Vote for which way we'll go.

* The Windows help file is what we have been using for the past five years. The main drawback is it doesn't have structure, and is not practical to print out. It's also harder for me to add content to it since I have to use a specialized editor.

* The printable book form would have better content, and would be a PDF printable on any printer. Users would be able to buy a bound copy at minor cost (about $10). We might leave a basic bare bones Windows help system in place.

Well, that clinches it. :)

It looks like the vote is overwhelming and the decision has been made. Glad to see PDF is the winner. Windows help files have always been, IMO, alarmingly useless. DA has the best help files I've seen, and even then the WinHelp interface is a pain-in-the-ass.

Yep, we've already gone PDF now. The manual is definitely easier to maintain.
