This isn't a major bug, but the problem of most lakes(Salt Lake, Okeechobee, etc...) not color-filling and rivers not displaying still exists.

Also, what would be a good script command for vorticity advection?

The problem with lake fills has been fixed.

Because of the time crunch with fixing bugs I can't work up any custom scripts right now... I would suggest reading the documentation in Appendix > Analysis Scripts for further info. I can try to help after this work is done.
