I've had this problem since the first verion of DAWS, and none of the patches seem to have fixed it. My local and UTC times both show the local time. I'm running 1.0p on WinXP home. My system clock is set to Eastern Standard (Indiana time).

The "time" special diagnostic button gives this:
N=0007 Z=0507 Bias=0 (300,0) RN=38179.02 RW=38179.23

I believe I found the problem and fixed it. This will appear in V1.0q.
